We working with lots of files in our office. Be it an Excel Report or Word Document or PowerPoint Presentation. And these files relate to multiple purposes such as Sales, Training, Schedule, others.
We often manage these using folders and subfolders but its quite challenging when a single file relates to multiple folders. For example, I have an Excel file that contains the Training Data and Sales Figures. We cannot keep this file into two folders such as Training & Sales. It will be very difficult to manage this.
In this tutorial, I will show you a magical way of managing office files. It’s very simple and interesting too.
